Summer evenings belong to Orion, with Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, blazing beside it. Look for the Pleiades high in the north just after dark.
Open the Chronometer on The Undivided SkyOn the water
Warm water brings snorkellers to the Forster rock pools and divers out to the grey nurse sharks, and summer oysters come straight from the Wallis Lake and Manning sheds.
